We use the Hot Water Extraction carpet-cleaning method, also known as steam cleaning. This forces the hot water-based cleaning solution into the carpet under high pressure, and then sucks it back out of the carpet along with the dirt.

With our truck mounted equipment, the water is heated to a higher temperature and is shot into the carpet at a higher velocity, killing the bacteria and separating the dirt as well. This powerful machine also pulls most of the water back out of the carpets, leaving them damp but not wet, and are able to dry much quicker.

 Steps for Carpet carpeting:

Step 1: We pre-spray all of the open areas aimed at breaking up any soil, dirt or food-related spots in your carpeting.

Step 2: We move some furniture in your home, such as sofas, loveseats, oversized chairs, coffee tables, etc. by placing Styrofoam blocks under the furniture legs to ensure that there is no transfer of furniture stain from the legs of the furniture to the carpeting while it is drying, as that can cause permanent staining.

Step 3: When the pre-spray has finished breaking up the dirt, we will begin cleaning by using our powerful, truck-mounted equipment and cleaning solutions to break through the dirt, grease, and other pollutants. We then effectively extract the dirt, water and cleaning solutions from your carpet and rinse away all the residues. 

Step 4:  After the carpet has been cleaned, we apply a rinse that neutralizes the carpet. The neutralizer ensures that the carpet is left clean, soft, fresh and free of residue. We will later deodorize it.

Step 5: We groom the carpet to showroom finish by using a special carpet rake which gently lifts the carpet fibers upright. This helps to speed up the drying process, while eliminating the vacuum lines left by the cleaning process.

Step 6: We use our Turbo Drying System to help speed up the drying process as much as possible. We recommend opening windows (when weather permits) and using fans, or heaters  whenever possible to speed up the drying  process.

Pet Odor Removal
